How can I understand, manage and view charges on my account?

Follow the steps below to view and manage your billing details.

How do I view my charges?

  1. Log into your BizUpUSA account
    Use your registered email and password to access your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Billing section

    • Click on "Billing" in the left-hand menu of your dashboard.

    • Here, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of your charges, including:

      • Service descriptions

      • Billing dates

      • Amounts charged

  3. Download invoices

    • To download an invoice, click the "Download" button next to the relevant charge.

    • Invoices are available in PDF format for easy record-keeping.

How do I manage my account?

  1. Update payment methods

    • Go to the "Payment Methods" tab in the Billing section.

    • Add, remove, or update your credit card or other payment details.

  2. Review subscription details

    • Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section to view active services.

    • You can see renewal dates, plan details, and associated costs.

  3. Cancel or modify services

    • To cancel or change a subscription, click "Manage" next to the service.

    • Follow the prompts to adjust your plan or cancel the service.
