How do I log into my BizUpUSA dashboard?

Step-by-step instructions on how to log into your account and what to do if you encounter issues.

To log in, visit www.bizupusa.com/login and enter your email and password. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password?” link to reset it via email.

If you’re having trouble accessing your dashboard, clear your browser cache or contact our support team for help.

**

Your dashboard is the control center for your entire business journey with BizUpUSA. From formation documents to compliance alerts, everything lives there. If you’re having trouble logging in or using certain features, don’t worry—we’ve got a simple checklist to help you fix it fast.

This guide will help you resolve issues like:

  • Seeing a blank or frozen screen when logging in

  • Trouble clicking links or using dropdown menus

  • Pop-ups that won’t close

  • PDFs or documents that won’t load or appear distorted

  • Login loops (repeatedly redirected to login page)

Step 1: Use a Compatible Browser

BizUpUSA is optimized for Google Chrome. Other browsers (like Safari or Firefox) may work, but for the best experience—and the fewest bugs—we recommend Chrome. You can download Chrome here.

Step 2: Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

Old or corrupted browser data can interfere with how your dashboard loads. Clear your cache and cookies regularly to prevent glitches.

To clear cache in Chrome:

  1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right of your browser window.

  2. Go to More Tools > Clear browsing data.

  3. In the popup window, select “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data”.

  4. Set the time range to “All time” for best results.

  5. Click Clear Data.

Then, close and reopen your browser. Log back into your dashboard to see if the issue is resolved.

Step 3: Try Incognito Mode

Chrome’s Incognito Mode runs with no saved data or active extensions. This is a great way to test if browser add-ons are interfering with the site.

To open Incognito Mode:

  1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

  2. Select “New Incognito Window.”

  3. Visit https://app.bizupusa.com/login and try logging in again.

If things work in Incognito, it’s likely that an extension is blocking or breaking something in regular mode.

Step 4: Disable Browser Extensions

Ad blockers, password managers, and even design tools like Grammarly can sometimes cause dashboard issues.

To temporarily disable extensions in Chrome:

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner.

  2. Go to More Tools > Extensions.

  3. Toggle off each extension one at a time.

  4. Return to BizUpUSA and try logging in again.

Once you identify the culprit, consider permanently disabling it or adding BizUpUSA to its whitelist.

Step 5: Check for Chrome Updates

Outdated browsers are a common source of login and rendering problems.

To update Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot menu > Help > About Google Chrome.

  2. Chrome will automatically check for updates.

  3. If an update is available, install it and click Relaunch.

After relaunching, visit the dashboard again to check if the issue is resolved.

Step 6: Device-Specific Tips

If you’re accessing the dashboard from a mobile device or tablet:

  • Try switching to desktop view if you’re using a mobile browser.

  • Make sure your device’s OS is up to date.

  • If using an app-based browser (like Facebook or LinkedIn), open BizUpUSA in Chrome or Safari instead.
