Filing Completion Timeline

1. Processing Your Order

   • Once you submit your LLC formation order, BizUpUSA begins processing it immediately.

   • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. State Filing Times

   • Filing times vary by state. On average, it takes 5-15 business days for most states to process LLC filings.

   • Some states offer expedited filing options for an additional fee, which can reduce the timeline to 1-3 business days.

3. BizUpUSA Dashboard Updates

   • You can track the status of your filings in real-time through your BizUpUSA dashboard:
